Vegetables to Cook

Yesterday, I was grocery shopping. I have seen this bag of chopped veggies in the fridge counter of Aldi. I seldom see a cut or chopped veggies sold in this supermarket. So I was thinking of saving my time and bought this package of veggies.
Now, I have to think about what I can do with the vegetables in the pack. Maybe I will make chop suey with chicken, beef or pork. It is hard to choose. Sometimes I wish someone cooks for me and I don´t have to think about what to eat. I miss my time in my home in the Philippines where someone can cook for me if I don´t like to cook myself.
Anyway, what do you do if you have this package of veggies in your fridge? What menu will you make out of them?
The photo will come in a few minutes as I have to download it from my Ipad. I am writing on my computer now.
Have a nice Wednesday everyone. Thanks for reading.

@thelme55 I don't put soy sauce on my chopseuy dish. Just fish sauce and then evap milk once every pieces are okay to eat. Do you like it half cooked?

I am not sure if I can identify all the veggies there. It looks like jalapenos, maybe zucchini, tomatoes (or is that carrots?)
I would either do a stir fry or it add to it and make a salad.

@thelme55 Oh that does sound delicious. I bet that pork made the kale very flavorful.

No jalapenos but carrots, cabbage, spinach, zucchini, spring onions, bell peppers and kale @ScribbledAdNauseum. I stirfried them with pork from the can. It was delicious.

@thelme55 I would still prefer the uncut ones especially in this era of virus

@amitkokiladitya I agree but these vegetables are machine cut from companies who are producing them. So, it is still safe.

I refrain from buying cut and chopped veggies. I prefer to cut and wash fresh before cooking. But definitely it's a time saver.
I too miss my mom's house where all my cravings would be answered and served with love

That is a healthy choice @arunima25. I also cut or chop my own veggies but this time, I tried the precut ones. I miss my mother's cooking too but unfortunately, she is gone for good.

@thelme55 Oh! That's sad to hear.
But for sure she is watching you from heaven. I have no memories of my Dad. I lost him when I was 2 and I always feel that he is there up watching me with all his love.

@Overflowing I will try that but I don´t like to put sugar in it as I don´t like a sweet viand.
