There are really times the news says it's going to rain but it didn't. Sometimes there's even typhoon but no rain at all. It can also happen vice versa. I guess it just depends on where you are that is not directly affected or just minimal to nothing at all. It's just good to wash your clothes and hope it will not rain whenever that happens specially when you have no place to hang it inside your house.
