How's your walking exercise?

Walking exercise is very simple to do and it costs you nothing except your time and effort. But more importantly is discipline.
I have been doing this since February this year 2020.
On this Wednesday, I completed 10.75 kilometers in 79 minutes with 13,633 steps and 1,339 calories burned.

I reduced my weight from 70 kilos to 60 kilos. Now I maintain it.

I have read from a health magazine that walking for 11 minutes is good enough to keep one's body active.

I definitely agree with the discipline aspect. I have started to work out at the gym and it feels amazing. I applaud the dedication that you have for walking. The amount that you walk daily is pretty impressive. I can only hope to get to where you are, but I know that I will with some hard work.
