Get your mind out of the gutter.
I am talking about toilet paper of course, and the whole over,under debate. Some people actually have big arguments about this. I could care less. My only concern is that it is there. I guess sometimes mine is over and sometime under...and at somebody's house, like I said, as long as it is there...that is all that matters to me..Do you care how the toiet paper is hanging, and whether it is over or under? I certainly do not!

As long as it is present, it is absolutely fine with me...although I prefer certain brands of course.
