dance is the best therapy for the fitness. we dont need to go to Gym . dance makes our body so flexible . it makes our innner soul very happy . when we go to parties if we do not know how to dance then we feel ashmed . but if we know dance then we can make the atmosphere so good. our body losts so much energy in dancing . so mostly we see that dancers are slims. so we must learn some dance.

Completely agree with you. But I find agree with all dancers are slim.

yes dancing exerts a lot of toxics,but ive known some dancers that not slim

Any kind of dance can be a good one sometimes we donĀ“t need a gym for that.

I have not learnt any dance. But I enjoy it. I do all forms of exercise and sometimes I dance with my family on fun music. It's a fun workout. My daughter is trained in Indian classical form called bharatnatyam.
