Dreams scientifically are electrical impulses occuring in our brain that taps random images from our subconscious mind. It is our subconscious trying to share with us something. It may be an image from your waking life, or an activity you've done prior to sleeping that makes those images in a dream very visible... I too have some recurring dreams most especially when i watched something on netflix that has some serious themes on it such as a horror film, It may trigger an unpleasant type of dream though.

Sometimes dreams can predict certain things in life. However not all the time they're true.
