Do You Like Taking Meal In Smaller Proportions Around 4 to 5 Times In A Day?

This is what can be described as a good way to never feel so hungry because most of the times you'll be busy finishing your meal and it's a good option for many because eating only 3 meals in a day may make them fat because they may overeat at times and with that
They'll divide total 3 meals into 5 or 6 or even more looking at their convenience.
Do you believe it's a good option to divide your meals into smaller proportions and eat at least 6 times a day?

I eat several meals a day not because I want to eat small portions just t that I have a very fast metabolism and it requires for me to eat several meals and snacks every day.

@Butterfingers no fast metabolisms are not good in the sense it means you eat a lot which means most of the time you are always hungry or will be hungry not to long after all’s means you use the bathroom more.

Yes, I have heard doing such a thing is a good choice. However, as for me, I only have one meal a day. And I already am used to it.
