Up To Do Jackfruit Jams

It's jackfruit season here in tropical countries and we have jackfruit tree in our lot. There's plenty riped fruit already so im planning to make it Jackfruit jams so it will not spoil and can be preserve for long.
After this, we're planning to give some for our Pastors family and some of our relatives.

just slice the fruit into strips,and put it all together in a large pan bring to a boil..taste to see if its already ok to you then all done

yes specially jackfruits that are very sweet because there are some thatare not sweet
