Hubby sure loves sitting in his car

Social media, listening to sports radio, maybe talking on the phone, vaping...

@Hannihar When he pulls into the driveway, sometimes he can be in the car for at least half an our before he goes inside.

@lovebuglena I see. How long does he do all he does in the car before he comes inside?

@lovebuglena If you allow him to do all that stuff in the home, why does he choose to go out to the car instead? Has he ever given you a reason?

@moffittjc I don't allow him to vape in the house. I tell him I don't like when he does that, especially in front of me. He does it anyway.

I don't nag him. He can go to the bedroom and be there for a long time... being on FB on his phone and watching videos, etc. He should be able to decompress while he is driving home. And when he sits in his car for a long time (regardless of it being before getting inside the house or in general) he can do the same thing at home. He can be on his phone, vape, listen to the radio, talk on the phone. The only thing he can't do is weed. I would never allow that. And he's never done that.

He can talk to his mother, brother, cousin or friends. I am not sure if he necessarily does that every time when he pulls into the driveway though.

@LindaOHio I think so as well. Being on social media on his phone or watching videos, etc. can be done at home. So is listening to the radio. And the weird thing is he can be there for a long time any time of day or night.

@lovebuglena Such an unusual behavior to sit in the car like that.

@djbrat13 It's one thing to sit there for a few minutes or so but another for close to an hour or more.

I thought hubby was the only one who loved to sit in his car.

@lovebuglena nope, I think a lot of people do that. I have done that a few times myself. A song comes on the radio and I just sit and listen to it till the end. The car is peaceful and quiet, and you can prepare yourself to go into your reality. It's just a nice break...

Could be but he does it often lately, when he doesn't come in for a while after pulling into the driveway.

@Butterfingers I told him it's not nice to pull into the driveway and not come in for a while but he does it anyway.

He loves to sit in his car all the time but lately he seems to do that when he comes home from work before getting inside the house. At times it's for a while before he gets inside.

Why would he need that? I can understand sitting in the car for a few minutes before going inside the house but not for a while.

@lovebuglena Did you ask him about it? Maybe he got some things in his mind.

@cherriefic I told him it's not nice to get home but stay in the car for a long time. He does it anyway enough times.

I can't way for this election to be over. Never thought hubby is very into politics until now.
