Monday is starting out well. We'll see how it ends. I'm babysitting in about an hour. He's bringing the playpen. It should be easier than the last time. He's also bringing back my tree. I don't know how much work he's going to get done on his truck. We're supposed to get rain today.
I've been to the pool and had a walk on the trail. My left knee was bad when I got up, but after the hot tub, it's doing much better. I let the jets work on my left knee. The trail was good. I saw a train pass on the tracks which rarely see a train. It had 5 cars plus the engine.
That's the whole of my morning. Yesterday was good for food and fitness. Here are the numbers.

That is wonderfull. Yesterday was OK for both...but probably didn't acelerate any weight loss.
