Got kicked out in the middle of a survey

I was doing a Gold survey on Swagbucks just now and in the middle of it I got kicked out. Argh! I hate when that happens. It's like time wasted for nothing. Good thing I didn't spend a long time on it. I did get 1 SB for trying but that's not very helpful, though it's better than nothing.
The daily limit for Gold survey disqualification is only 5 SB. There are days when I try survey after survey and I can't quality for any. Or I will start doing some and then get disqualified while I am doing it. Sometimes you can't win. And then there are days where I get lucky and I complete at least a few surveys and make some good SB. You just never know what is going to happen.
I am starting to like Prolific better. Glad I was introduced to it. They call them studies instead of surveys there but it doesn't matter. Usually they are not long and can even be fun or interesting. And you need only 5 GBP to cash out.

Prolific is much more "prolific" for me! :-) I think I have close to $20. I will cash out at $20. I usually don't qualify for surveys on other sites. Have a great Tuesday.

$20 is pretty good there. Are you on instant cashouts yet? I cashed out a few days ago in the evening and got paid right away.

I’ve had that happen some times there like error or something wi Th the survey. I also have some days where I get a couple or just get 1’s. As long as I get some SB’s I don’t care to much.

There were a few instances where I had spend a lot of time on a survey and towards the end I got disqualified. I was very upset when that happened. Once I had to watch some video during a survey and it was a very long one. Towards the end of the video something happened with my connection or something and there was an error message. When I tried to refresh the page nothing happened and I was not able to finish the survey. I made as heck. Not only did I not earn the SB but I also didn't get to finish watching the video and didn't get to see how it ended. Not to mention all that time wasted.

@lovebuglena I had one today where the video was like 5 minutes long. It was supper morning and the video had nothing to do about the video game.

I've never heard of Prolific, is it like Swagbucks? I hate when I get a survey all done, it tells me I completed it, then changes pages and says "Not every survey can be a winner" and don't get any SB's for it. And Swagbucks is really slacking with their customer service lately.

Prolific only has studies/surveys. Swagbucks you can do other stuff like shopping, watching videos, etc. to earn. Prolific is a British site so you get paid in GBP but then in PayPal that money is converted to USD.

@lovebuglena I guess you do what you have to do. I’d rip my hair out at this point in my life if I did those. No more patience. lol

@DianneN A lot of times it's not that bad. Sometimes it can get annoying. I prefer the shortest surveys for the most pay. Try to do those first on Swagbucks. A lot of the times do not qualify for those.

I don't always enjoy doing them but it's extra money in my pocket.

It's very frustrating when it happens, especially when I am really in the mood to take surveys.

I sometimes get an email saying a, say, 5 minute survey is available but when you log it, it takes you to a completely different survey.

I've had that happen on Swagbucks where it says a survey is a 5-min one but when I get into it it says 15 minutes to complete. Or more.
