I have a throbbing headache on the left side of my head and I'm convinced that it's a migraine. I have taken some painkillers and 2 glasses of water. Now I'll just lie down and hope for it to go.
Do you get migraines sometimes? What mostly triggers your migraine.

I can imagine. I have migraines and they are really bad. For me strong winds and heat are the triggers.

When I was a lot younger, I use to live with them. I use to eat spicy hood and it will help.

Ugh! Migraines are the worst! Hope you feel better really soon. I don't have migraines at the moment but sometimes my eyestrain consists of headaches. Yeah it's best to lie down and take some breaks.

I just tell myself that I am fine. It goes away.
