Wednesday & Daily Health Report for September 1

I got a very good start to this day in the pool and hot tub followed by a walk on the trail. It's a beautiful day today. It was perfectly cool to walk the trail this morning. I guarantee after the encouragement from the physician's assistant yesterday, I will be getting as much exercise as possible.
My plans for the upcoming weeks after surgery is to get into the fitness center as often as possible and work out on the stationary bike. I have two weeks left in the pool before surgery and I can tell you I'm already looking forward to getting back after New Year's. Can you imagine 2021 is that close now?
Yesterday was okay with food and fitness. Not my best fitness day. I didn't get the exercise I usually get so my steps are low. I did make all my steps and 8 of 9 hourly step goals. I forgot the last one as I worked on the writing assignment for Writer's Guild. It was after six before I remembered the final step goal. Oh well. I know there will be many more I won't be getting when I have the surgeries. Here are yesterday's numbers along with my new low.

Fitbit gave me a 15-pound weight loss badge yesterday. I've gotten two badges this week. The other was an Italian badge for having enough miles to walk the entire country of Italy. If you're friends with me on FB, I posted the weight loss badge. Okay, I just finished breakfast and I'm ready to interact. I have a lot of catching up from yesterday.
