More Discipline

September 3, 2020 3:52am CST
I must confess that I am the lazy type when it comes to exercising. I reluctantly wake up in the mornings to walk and jump rope. I know it is good for me and I just have to be more disciplined. Are there others like me?

I used to be very reluctant when it comes to working-out, until i started to incorporate some fun activities into my workouts, like rewarding myself with gold stars for exercising, taking myself out if i reached my weight-loss goals for the month, setting time frames for some kind of transformation and consistently reminding myself why i need to exercise.I love where i am now, i genuinely enjoy excising now.

Some times it happened, don't worry. Hope soon you get discipline for your regular exercise.

I gave myself 15 minutes but I barely exhaust that time for jumping rope

It's tough, but if you make it your normal routine, it gets to be pretty easy. I've been a walker for over 20 years.

Thanks for sharing your progress! It is really difficult to get back or to stay in shape the matter that you discipline yourself will pay off immensely health wise. So, It's a good start that you are breaking your old bad habits. Keep it up!
