Great Numbers

It's been a minute since I did my own check in, I like doing this because it keeps me responsible for my own health.
I always have good blood pressure and heart rate is always in the 6Os range.
My blood sugar levels (fasting) are now between 100 to 120 and that is eating what I want, however. In smaller portions. I/we do cook at home more than not.
My weight varies day by day now. One day its 128 pounds and a few days later its 131 pounds, but my clothing fits the same I have sizes 4,6,8 and 10, depends on the brand name.
Exercise? Not so much as in gym or scheduled but more working. I am always moving my body, at home working or on one of the several jobs I have.
So I'm doing great.
Now, Robert has gotten healthier also. His blood pressure, heart rate and blood sugar numbers are always great. He lost around 60 pounds in the last 6 months and dropped 8 pant sizes and 3 shirt sizes. How did he lose it? He eats like I do, not much bread, but mostly portion control.
How are your numbers?

I checked it last on Friday... 100 fasting and 150 after food. So doing good. My weight has been the same in last 5 years. 65 kg for 171 cm. So I am going steady

Right now I think my numbers must be good. After losing the Internet for two weeks and hanging around waiting and being tired of not getting online I have eaten very little but enough to keep me going, Today finally online I have so much catching up to do that I just had a tuna fish sandwich and drank plenty of ice tea and lime flavored water.

Sounds good, good for you. My numbers? I have no idea. Ido check my weight about once a week and been at the same number for about the last 2 years so I guess I am doing alright. I mean I could lose a few pounds but that is most of us right? I wake up most mornings breathing so I guess I am still good.

@andriaperry As long as everything works when I wake up as it did when I went to sleep I am happy about that.

That's great to hear about both of your numbers! My A1c went back up to 6.6 from 5.6, but I will get it back down.

I'm so glad for you and Robert. Sounds like you have your health under control. My numbers are good; but I am on cholesterol medication. I have hereditary high cholesterol.
