Delicious blackberry smoothie for lunch

I created this myself and it probably cost less than a 1.50 and probably only about 300 calories or less. I had a half pint of blackberries. They were free roomie gave them to me, about 5 oz of almond milk, maybe 5 oz of non fat yogurt half a banana and 1 tsp of peanut butter just for some extra protein...mmmm so good...and healthy too. What did you have for lunch?

It was really good. I enjoy watermelon and cantaloupe as well.

I'm going to have a can of beans and wienies. Not very exciting, but it's what I have! I love blackberries, I bet the smoothie was delish!

Smoothies satisfy me for lunch...if I am really hungry only something solid will do though.
