For many, it's already difficult enough to simply wear a mask in public spaces. Due to the widespread COVID-19 and its soaring infection rates in the US, measures have to be taken to assure that we are not only keeping ourselves safe, but other people as well. In my state, masks are mandatory in public businesses and buildings. Some people wear gloves, bring hand sanitizer, or disinfectant wipes. Personally, I liked to stick to the basics. Wash your hands regularly, use sanitizer on common-contact objects/things, and wear a mask.
What are you doing to prevent the spread in your area? And what has your local or national government done to lower the infection rates?

In my country, the government has quite quick response to reported cases. All of those having direct or indirect contact with the patients are detected and quarantined either in the hospital or at their home. Everyone coming from abroad have to be sent to quarantine areas in 14 days. Those who organize illegal entry to the country will be sent to prison. The people are recommended to take basic measures to protect themselves such as wearing masks, washing hands, keeping distance, etc. In general, I feel quite safe here compared to other countries.

Well, you're right. That's a personal issue. We don't have to rely from others. It should start from us.

My family and I have been doing all those protective measures already BCC (Before Chinese Covid).
We also have been supplementing with Vitamin C, Zinc, Sun, no-stressing-- for maintenance many years now.

That's great! Since the virus has been going on, it's apparent to me that most of the things we are doing now to prevent COVID, we should have always done! It's common decency in most countries to wear a mask, even when you just have a cold! I'm glad that your family has continued their healthy habits.

Regular hand washing has become a norm in my home now and no one goes anywhere without a mask and a bottle of sanitizer.
