I have been obsessed with YouTube channels that feature DIY decor from places like the Dollar Tree. There are so many of them! My favorites are Glue Guns and Roses and Krafts by Katelyn. Although this sign isn't a direct replica of anything they made, it was definitely inspired from a few different things they made. I love it! I'm not the greatest painter, but I am pretty proud of myself. All of the materials came from the Dollar Tree, even the paint (Well, I did mix a color I had from Target in with the brown called New Penny)! So, I found a Halloween sign (they have fall themed ones too) that, when you turn it sideways, can look like a fence. The wood came from a yard sign in the fall section that I cut in half. The little pumpkins were wood cutouts that I painted and put poster letter stickers on in the school and office supply section. The pumpkins, rope to hang it, and leaves all came from Dollar Tree too. It helps that it is right across the street, so on not so hot days, I can just take a trip over and pick out some cute things that go together. I absolutely love the ideas in the YouTube channels. The first one is my fave! She also has amazing organizational ideas using Dollar Tree products in ways you would never think of! I use a bunch of her ideas all over my home.
