The doctor said that husband is overweight, his weight exists 10 kg from normal. The doctor advises that he should reduce weight, because overweight person easily experienced many diseases,so doctor said many do's and donts.
One year back when i came to live with husband,he is fit before and regular to gym, only this troubles started when lockdown is there.
Now i begin to give balance diet to him,
And also food without sugar and salt and carbs.
How's your health mylotters?
Any overweight here? How you deal with it.

The pandemia did change lifestyles. That includes eating. And many did stress eating, to avoid boredom.
Albeit by now we could have adjusted to the pandemic life. I know two hyper teen girls who jog in their small front yard to release the adrenaline rush. Try to find some physical activity for your husband to work on, like mopping the floor perhaps, or scrubbing the bathroom tiles.

@rhuenz For kidney malady, they say, eat a small banana every meal.
Enjoy the mini walks with him. That will be good for conversations.

Maybe adopting a healthy lifestyle can help both in weight loss as well as staying away from the diseases.

I gained some weight too due to being indoors and no working out. I really need to come back to working out once the pandemic is over!

After puking blood and learned that I had peptic ulcer, I just stick to milk fish, sweet potatoes and banana. No more coffee for me, just moringa powder with sugar in the morning.

I am sure he can lose weight if you give him a balanced diet. Add more spice and less salt.

I weigh heavier now but I make sure that I move a lot by working from Mon-Sun and doing chores on a daily basis.

FIve years ago I thought I would never had issues with blood pressure, weight gain, but as one grows in age these are the inevitable facts of life.
