Yes! I fully agree with you that skipping is a great way of burning calories and keeping ourselves fit! This work out or the exercise is gaining the popularity now a days for its easy to perorm and doesn't require much of costly equipment! However the only set back with this exercise is that it can have ill effects on the joints in elderly people!

I like jumping rope, it does get your heart pumping. When I was younger I would jump rope a lot. Many times to the point where my calves felt like they were on fire. I limped around until the soreness went away.

Yes that's right, one simple of the simple exercise that can burn a lot of calories, but you have to know the technique when using a jump rope, otherwise you can get injured
