Life is A Lie IF...

There are three words that can be read in the letters L I F E. These are LIFE, LIE and IF but the word we normally can read very easily is the word LIFE. Life is the most important thing we can have in order to fulfill our desires and needs on a daily basis and in the future. It is free and blessed so let us not deprive it of opportunities to become more beautiful and colorful so that we can serve as light and inspiration to others and other things created in this world. But why is the word LIE also formed? “Enjoy life while you’re still young” is the biggest LIE. Real life also has sadness whether we are young or old and there are instances where we become serious about things, our decisions, our choices and so on. If our outlook on life is "live life to the fullest", we may be on the brink of disaster that we will eventually regret one day- If we really regret because more often, when we have committed mistakes, we do not correct them or we just forget and ignore them. Sometimes we say to ourselves, "what else, that's really it" or ask maybe "What if?" When we get to the point in our lives that we need to assess our actions, we are also in a state of maturity that we need to make a strong decision on whether to continue the life we are used to do, enrich our habits or to completely make a change so we talk to ourselves and ask- What IF? Life is a choice. The kind of life we have is based on what we want and need to live. But let us not forget that if the world is just a big playground for us to play, it is also a valley of tears. Do what is right for ourselves, and do the same for others because we all are responsible for one another. The life we have is mysterious and tomorrow we are not sure of what is to come. Live Life not with a Lie. Instead, make a decision- ask yourself, “What IF” and definitely, you will find the best answers that will help you shape the kind of life you wanted to be LIVE… Photo credited too: JARED RICE (2017) Source:

I agree with you that it is wrong to believe that enjoy your life when still young. Attempting to do that has wasted many a lives.

Yes instead, we should learn and discover the essence of life while we are still young and continue to explore as we grow

Why would anyone regret living their life to the fullest? Don't forget fie it can be made out of life... Make mistakes in life or don't live how you want I am sure you will express it...

First of all, thank you for the informative topic about life and asking the words "What if" can actually make us live our lives much better as we follow through it. People sometimes confuse living to existing. Saying we have a life, but what we're doing is actually not living but simply existing. Not learning anything new, not taking risks to live a much-fulfilled life, filled with boredom and regrets... Existing. There's a phrase in Latin, "Memento Mori," which means "remember that you are going to die someday." We all will whether we like it or not. That is why, as Marcus Aurelius wrote in his Meditations book, we should let that phrase dictate what we are going to do, think, and prioritize in life. A life with no regrets, but filled with good, persevering through the bad, and loving the people near us.
