I'm not feeling well in the morning

I'm not like this before. Only now I notice I don't feel well every morning. I'm not excited for the morning. I feel bored with life. I feel better in the middle of the day and at night time. I download a morning inspiration app to help my mood. I hope this negative feeling go away

We do tend to not feel well in the morning at times. And in such circumstances, they say that it's good to keep a journal near us to record what we are feeling and why we are feeling so. Perhaps there are underlying causes to why we feel so that we need to address it? Perhaps we didn't get enough sleep? For me, once I address such complaints and positively sleep at night with a fresh perspective that tomorrow is going to be a good day no matter what, I feel much better when I wake up.
