I have not tried it, but it looks wonderful! I'll add that to my list of things to try. I have had Brussels sprouts cooked in a similar fashion and they 're delicious. I boiled them for a few minutes, put them in a pan with butter on medium heat, and cooked them until they were browned evenly. So good!

No, I haven't tried frying one but I'd love to. What type of dipping sauce do you have for the fried cauliflower?
