Not my usual Sunday, but I did listen to the online service even if I couldn't attend in person. The sun is shining and there's a breeze out there. It looks like the weather made a liar out of the weatherman again. We were supposed to have rain by now. Instead, we have blue skies. I know it's raining south of me. Just not here.
Yesterday was a good day for food and a difficult day for fitness. I thought it would be more of the same this morning, but the pain in my lower back is leaving. It's not nearly as bad as it was a couple of hours ago. I've also gotten some exercise this morning while watching TV. I'll get more later.
Here are yesterday's numbers.
Food
Calories: 1106
Carbs: 46%
Fat: 28%
Protein: 26%
Uncategorized calories: 16
Fitness
Steps: 14,074
Miles: 5.31
Activity/Exercise: 69 Minutes
Water: 4 Bottles
Calories burned: 2079
Total calories: -973
Weight: 179.8
I don't have a new low today. I don't know what I ate yesterday to put on the water weight, but it will come back down. Other than the back pain yesterday, it was a good day. How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Image courtesy of Pixabay.
