yes and a morning person should be regular in going to bed as he have to awake early so as to make preparation for office me is very regular in going to bed and cant afford to sleep late night what about your habit ..........?

I'm not a morning person so i don't know how it feels to sleep on regular hours lol. But thanks for sharing anyways!
