It is said that when a Human is doing what he/she loves in Life, that which others might call "Work " isn't really "Work " at all...
Today is Labor Day, a holiday that is meant to celebrate every single one of those fine folks (Essential Workers) who work each day to make Life better for all us.
I am finding it very difficult these days to see my Brothers and Sisters as simply "Workers " or "Laborers ". These days I see them as the Angels they really are and I aim to meet them with Love and Respect, wherever and whatever their "Jobs " happen to be.
I offer newspapers for donations to help the homeless and the unemployed on a street corner here in Philadelphia, and it is the best "Job " that I have ever had, and I have done many other tasks in my Life, including police work, property manager, line cook, bartender, animal caretaker for the Institute for Cancer Research, rock musician, food and wine writer, let alone the businesses that I created...
My "Work " these days is simply a JOY for me!
Looking back over the years and the jobs that I have had, I can't think of one that I would leave One Step Away to go back to...
You see, it's all about Love, and this "Job " combines ALL of what I have learned to love about EVERYTHING that I have done in life.
I wish for these words to be adequate enough for me to tell each and every one of you that I love you and that I respect you for whatever you might be doing for your Life... even if you happen to be "unemployed ".
We Humans will always have work to do for each other so that we ALL can become that much better at being Human and loving our Earth and ALL Life on Her.
I extend my Life to you in the kindest and most compassionate way and I am grateful for you and your Life.
May Blessings Abound for You and Yours for all Eternity.
