I'm back to interact and give you yesterday's health report. I can't sit too long, so we'll see how long I can be here. Here are yesterday's numbers.

The good news is I'm still burning more calories than I consume. I'm up a little again today, but I know it will come down again. I don't know if it will by tomorrow though with the way I'm eating this morning. I've already had bananas, grapes, and cherry tomatoes. I have a peach sitting out for later. We'll see what happens.

I pigged out on sushi yesterday, but it was late at night after I expended about 50 million calories at our paintball tournament. Some I'm pretty sure my weight is down considerably from what it was before the start of the tournament. I probably lost about 50 pounds in water just from sweating. lol

@just4him Yes, we won the tournament. Our third consecutive win in a row. Coach wasn't happy about our performance though, and we have been doing drills every day at practice, and working on conditioning much more than we have in the past. He feels as though we're not in the best shape we all need to be. I beg to differ, but I'm not going to say that to coach if I know what's good for me! LOL

@moffittjc That's good you won't go off at the mouth to the coach. I'm glad you're doing well. It's probably because you haven't played as much as usual due to COVID.

I eat too much, don't exercise enough. Maybe when its cooler. Its terribly hot here.

Ate some rice and noodles. To burn some calories, I did some household chores so I can move a lot.

The numbers look good to me....and you are still doing good with your weight I think. I had a big drop in water weight overnight after being back on plan 1 day.

Sort of OK with both, but not enough to lose weight...hopefully I kept from gaining though. I didn't weigh myself this Am.

I'm sorry you are still having trouble sitting for any length of time. Your numbers seem good. I had some grapes and coffee for breakfast and a small salad for lunch. Baked fish and rice will be supper. Not a clue on the numbers. but it is one of my more healthier eating days
