Low Carb/Keto Journey - Day 2 | September 8th

Hello everyone, how are you all doing?
I am back to share my food/health post for the day. I know I shared the other one earlier, but that is because I could not last night.
I won't share the weigh in since I shared that already in the other post. I will get back to sharing that in the next post.
Blood sugars:
Fasting - 121
Meal 1 - 126
Meal 2 - 100
Meal 3 - 90
Much better numbers today!
What did I eat?
Meal 1 -
2 fried eggs, 1 sausage patty and 3 slices of bacon
Meal 2 -
3-4 oz roast beef
1 small spoon of gravy
2 medium eggs
I did have a small amount of regular jello following this meal. I only took about two spoonfuls (tablespoons I guess).
Meal 3 -
Keto chow "icecream" (mocha flavor)
made with heavy cream, unsweetened almond milk,
and added sugar free salted caramel flavor.
After it was turned into ice cream, I added 1 serving of sugar free chocolate chips. Yum!
So, what were my numbers for the day?
Calories - 1,205
Protein - 89
Fat - 78
Net Carbs - 25
Sugar - 15 (I want this under 10)
Potassium - 3,252
Water - 48 oz
Workout minutes - 90
Calories burned - 776
Steps - 12,827
So....what do you think of my low carb (not quite keto) day? Not too bad, especially since my sugars were good after meal 2 and 3. Plus, I got some tasty ice cream!
The photo is of the ice cream - kind of hard to get a great photo though.

Thank you, I am upset that I gave into the jello....but it didn't affect me too much. The ice cream was tasty....and I can make so many different flavors

@amitkokiladitya Yes, but I am someone that doesn't always stop after once a week. Usually that turns into a week (or more) for me.

It's pretty easy with the Keto chow...I just mixed it with a little heavy cream and then about 1 cup of almond milk - just cause I have a 1 serving ice cream maker that only holds about 1 cup of liquid. I'd recommend a regular sized one though I think.

My weight dropped nicely again and my blood sugar was only 86 this morning...so what I did yesterday worked. The ice cream was pretty tasty...can't wait to make another flavor.

It was very good :) I can't wait to try more flavors. It would work a lot better if I could stick to the diet longer...but doing good so far this time around. Thank you!
