Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well.
I am back to share how my journey went today. It started off kind of rocky with my blood sugar being really low.
Anyways - weigh in time:
Yesterday - 179.6
Today - 176.2
So, down another 3.4 pounds (mostly water weight - but I will take it).
Blood sugars:
Fasting - 61
Meal 1 - 52
Snack - 63
Meal 2 - 100
Meal 3 - 93
I think I'd prefer my blood sugars to always be in the 80's range....but 50's and 60's is definitely too low.
So - what did I eat today?
Meal 1 - Breakfast "taco" - low carb tortilla, 2 eggs, cheddar jack cheese and sugar free BBQ sauce. On the side I had 5 slices of bacon.
Snack - 2 servings of sugar free chocolate chips
Meal 2 - Low carb tortilla, 2 slices deli turkey, cheddar cheese, mayo and sugar free ketchup
Followed that with the same snack as earlier, but didn't wait to have it like earlier in the day.
Meal 3 - 4 oz ground beef with taco seasoning, cheddar jack cheese, sour cream and sugar free BBQ sauce.
Macros for the day:
Calories - 1,566
Protein - 90
Fat - 109
Net carbs - 26
Sugars - 5
Calories were higher than I would like (for a non-workout day) - but I still kept my carbs pretty low. I only had two of the tortilla wraps because I wanted to keep my blood sugar from going so low again. Having only 5 grams of sugar is not too bad though at all.
What do you think of how I did? How did you do with food/exercise?

You did terrific. We went out yesterday (9/10) for part #3 of my husband's belated Birthday celebration at Red Lobster and went way over our calorie limit...but it was so good!
