I lost weight from callory counting :D

Lately i lost 2,3 kilos per two weeks from counting every callories on my foods i ate, before i lost 5 kills but it's not last for long time, because i craving so much, and now i'm trying to eat well, and not craving or eat less, i hope it will work out and i will be healthy, i count my meals on app MyFitnessPal on google playstore.

I am sure that calories is part of the deal, but you also have to have a well balanced food in smalled quantities.

there's this thing called low carb diet and it is really effective! though I would suggest you to seek for medical advice before doing it if you have some medical problems
