How to release stress

I'd like to cycling at night after tiring day in office, because exercise helps my body and mind feels nice, and it helps me a lot to sleep early, stay up too late make me not productive in the morning, and it's worst, cycling also help me release my stress.
How about you? how you do to release your stress and calm your mind?

I have many things to do when I was stress. It's like riding, reading, sleeping overnight, talking to someone, and many things else. But, I think riding at midnight was the best. Just go around the city and enjoy the fresh cold air at night.

I do deep breathing for few minutes and also sometimes go for wrist walk

Cycling at night is cool but you must be careful,here we have curfew since pandemic begun thats why not allowed being outside so late
