And because it is all junk I will have only a small portion. It is hard for me to stay away from food so now I'm trying to practice portion control diet... I hope it helps

Portion control is a good way to start watching what you eat. My husband does the same thing for his food to make sure he isn’t taking to much food. When I eat those I do half of the bag.

@amitkokiladitya more like letting the body have time to digest. A lot of people over eat because they don’t feel full but they also don’t give there body time to digest. So taking smaller amounts and letting your body wait like 5-10 minutes lows time for your body digest and send a signal to the brain that you are full.

@amitkokiladitya You can just have one cheat day and eat it well. But then come back to healthy routine. I think that should be okay.
