Good morning from my rose garden....

Good morning from this side of planet. It's 9 AM here and I have no rush as it's a holiday today just for me in this family
I woke up at my regular weekday time at 5 AM. And am done with all morning chores, yoga and now sitting with my breakfast in sun on my terrace. Sun and clouds are playing hide and seek... So not a perfect morning for Vitamin D doses. I am enjoying the fresh cool breeze
A lovely citrus smell is there from the floor cleaner that I used a while ago and that makes the house smell fresh
. My daughters and husband are back to school and office work. Poor thing they have to work
I can stay here for as long as I want as most of the needed things are done. But I would limit it to 30 minutes. I want to finish some needle repair work before lunch time. I have my tuition session in afternoon. Later after lunch planning to explore artwork ideas on Pinterest that I can use for my students. And when I will do that I am definitely going to peep in here in between
And here I post these beautiful roses from my garden... Or rather rose gardenThat's what my younger one calls this corner. And this is the most regular variety that I have. I will be sharing more varieties in coming days. I have quite a few varieties in my rose garden corner.
Now these blooms have been there for last few days and as soon as I finish mylotting here, I will cut them and put them in water in one wide decorative pot that I have on my entrance. Whenever I feel that the bloom is going to shed petals or fall, I pluck them and offer them to God in temple in my house. Or I just keep them in that pot floating in water. That makes a good use of these beauties
Have a good day. I have few things on my to do list... Paying few bills, ordering for grocery and exploring art work ideas. And definitely in between coming here and rocking this place

Thanks Judy. I have few lovely hybrid ones with unique colour. This one has bloomed in abundance. It's better to keep them fresh in water for few more days than to loose them.

Quite a long post!
The flowers look so marvelous!
Well with WFH, both students and office workers are sometimes more busy.
And the day when the kids have online exams is even more stressful, though for a shorter duration.

Yes it is a big relief to have some days off after hectic exams. My child's exams would be over by Friday and I would try to have some good time for kids then.
They have had too hectic time in these Online classes. Too many tests, classes, assignments, worksheets etc.

gorgeous roses! i'm surprised some'f mine've e'en survived this year 'f drought. some'f been'n the ground fer o'er 30 years, so perhaps've a grand root system findin' moisture somewhere. very few blossoms, hopefully next year'll be better.
hope ya got to 'njoy the rest 'f yer day. found the art projects ya sought.

@arunima25 yes ma'am, lots 'f rough weather, buried 'nder 20' 'f drifted snow, survived -40(f) weeks'n winter 'n years 'f drought. sadly when we go 'nto drought mode, basically jest the trees get watered. i used to've beautiful garden beds all 'round. 36 diff'rent types 'f roses. i hesitate, yet long to, replant 'em.
ne'er make any plans 'round here. jest take each day's such 'nfolds. feelin' 'nder the weather, so've not been able to spend much time outdoors. hope all goes well'n yer end fer the weekend :)
