My kid brother- yes, the one who had asthmatic attack several days ago- plowed with his handy tools, a piece of land at his backyard. He does this every morning, and he says that is his form of exercise.
Unlike me, he has the green thumb. Come to think of it, all my siblings can grow and tend plants. Only I have warm palms unable to grow a plant.
I have not gone to his backyard, but he gave my sister a piece of his produce, a big cucumber with white peeling. Sis also said my brother has some leafy vegetables and ladyfingers and eggplants. That is good, because he can get and cook organic products.
My brother should know now that he must have sedentary lifestyle so he won't have the complaints or manifestations he previously had.

@sol_cee I keep the seed from the vegetables we eat. In late February, I prepare small pots with soft soil in each pot, I plant one seed per pot, cover with soil and keep inside until the plants are grown enough to get out, that usually is in April.

I appreciate your siblings. I cannot tend to plants that much; I know that's not an easy task.

how wonderful he's done so 'n 'tis been successful. i find gardenin' very therapeutic. somethin' 'bout havin' that hands'n with the earth, tendin' plants. jest brings a peace o'er ya, e'en when thingies go wrong (like here - voracious grasshoppers).
i'm purty sure if'n ya put a bit'f 'ffort, ya could grow ya'n edible garden, too. there's lots 'f very fergivin' fruit/veggie/herb plants :)

he tends to his garden in the morning which is good so he won't feel tired with the sun's hot rays during high noon time.
