Nothing new there but it’s annoying when there is so much I could be doing, but it is what it is.
I guess I just need to take it easy for the rest of the evening now that dinner and dishes are done.
I’ll be using some of the pain cream for sure.
I do plan on getting some writing done.

No, i make sure to get up and move, i have a condition that effects your neck and back.

Lol, I generally use a pain cream for it, but mine is from a degenerative condition, two really Myleopthy and a Neuromuscular disorder.ll
