Man want to live a long life, who should change 3 bad habits,do you have the bad habit?

For most of people, who want to live a long life, and live a healthy life, should change unhealthy habit,hope everyone can live a long life.
1)Diet
It is better way to control diet,to have varied diet,high quality diet.
2)Smoking
It is the worst habit is smoking,although it is very cool when you smoking, it will cause many diseases.
3)Drinking
Drinking will cause the worse matter and hurt your body,if you often drink the more alcohol,which bring the diseases.
So please change the bad habits to be healthy habits,you will live a long and healthy life.
Do you like to smoke and drink?

Well said my hubby doesn't have the last two habits but for food, he doesn't have control lol.

Yes. I used to smoke all my life. Now I'm trying to quit but as you know it's really hard to do..
