Making a crustless zucchini pie

It is pretty much like a quiche but with more vegetable and less egg. I have a bunch of zucchini that I need to use up so this is the first thing that came to mind. I have all of the ingredients on hand (zucchini, wheat flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, milk, seasonings, baking powder, etc.) and it is simple to do. The "hardest" thing is letting the shredded zucchini drain to get most of the moisture out.
I guess I'll be having a meatless meal for dinner tonight. Fine with me.
