Stressed Out!

Hello myLot friends! It's been a little while since my last post and I just wanted to check in with you all! Recently, classes have started up again (online due to COVID) and it's been really stressing me out. I've been feeling incredibly overwhelmed by the workload online and also my part-time job throughout the week! I feel like I never have enough time to do assignments and fully replenish myself.
So, my question for today is; what do you do to relax when you have the time? It doesn't have to be anything special, maybe it's taking a long bath and reading a book. What do you do to replenish yourself after a busy day or a long week of work?

I listen to music while taking a long walk this helps to refresh my mind after that i take a shower and relax.

A cleanse from social media is a really great idea! Sometimes we all get so engulfed in what's happening on-screen that we forget about our life off-screen. Social media is a great outlet, but can become so toxic without us even knowing it. Thank you for sharing this!
