Hi there! I am from Makassar, Indonesia. Feel sad this morning. I got announced if I didn't pass the test for an organization that I applied. This is my second time rejected for organization. I need it for as an experience in my CV and of course if I join I would improve my skills then, but this is my last year cause I am third year university now and I've got nothing experience. Remembering after graduation should apply for work, it's scary that in fact my CV is empty. What do you think? What should I do for my future after graduation? I am civil engineering (general) student. Will any company accept me without organizational and work experience? I'm sad to think about this.

I don't know much about the demand of civil engineering and the work environment in your country.

@fujias20 There's a great demand for civil engineers here and there's no need to be a part of any organization to get a job.
