Batanes, also known as the Home of the winds is a province located in the northernmost part of the Philippines (It's actually closer to taiwan than in mainland Ph). Probably one of the most expensive and hardest place to go in the Philippines because of the limited flights, unpredictable weather and sea conditions, and kind of expensive food.
They have the nicest and MOST HONEST locals, which is why they have honesty stores in the area. It also claims to have zero crime rate. Surely, you're gonna be safe here.
Famous tourist spots are Rakuh a Payaman or the marlboro hills, sabtang and basco lighthouse, mount iraya, morong beach, japanese tunnel and a lot more.

Yes, I have been told that before @mochang the thing is that every one I know (Filipinos) talks about all the green tropical areas. Many of our veterans here have been to parts of the Philippines and have told of the many trees and pleasant climate you have there, I didn't expect to see this kind of terrain.

Zero crime rate, the nicest and hones locals local people thats the good point and every one will be comfortable, thanks for the info, your country have beautifull scenery place.
