I have been busy helping my cousin repair his rental homes. He has a lot of homes and is going to retire from his job at a hardware store. He can get his discount with the ware house company after he retires. So it will be a little bit cheaper for him to repair his rental homes. Some people just do not care how they leave a rental house which is not right at all. But some people just do not care. So everyone that works for him always has a job. I will be back to see your responds to my discussion.

You are right, some people don't care how they leave a rental home. It can be disgusting at times. Some even do damage on purpose.

Especially if they do not pay their rent and get evicted. Than they destoy everything before they leave.

@dwstory Yes, I've heard some of the horror stories. Before he passed, my brother worked in property management and I've seen some of the pictures.

He is old enough to retire now but he is going to wait until he fixes up all of his rental homes before he quits. Then he will sell them one at a time and invest the money.

They do not care because it is not their home. But they lost their deposit and that does not seem to brother them either.

He has a lot of investments and will sale the rental house in about ten years when he says he will be to old to repair them.
