I was raised on crepes. My
Mom was French she didn’t make pancakes, she made crepes. I have her recipe. Being me, I improvise and throw blueberries on top as I cook them. They came out so good!!
I got an instacart order this morning, two items refunded bummer. On the way to Kasey’s I am going to Big Y, I need lasagna noodles. I have everything else I need.
Not much else going on today, Kasey returned my sink and faucet today so I should have my credit soon. One more sink to return!!!
Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday.

I don't even know what a crepe is, but it looks like you are making a blueberry pancake!

Crepes are thin delicate pancakes. Go to IHOP and get the lingonberry ones, not as good as mine but you will get the idea.

@BelleStarr Now there's a name I haven't heard in years. IHOP. I used to eat there all the time when I was a kid. Haven't been in decades it seems. I don't even know of where an IHOP is here in Gainesville. I would have to look it up.

I hope you picked up many tips from your mother's cooking. Seeing some of your food photos usually makes me drool. We love crepes!

@BelleStarr From having seen your photos l would go as far as saying you have! Although l think there are some things we can never quite get the same taste as our mums or grandmothers managed to.

That crepe looks delicious. I wonder what's the difference between a crepe and a pancake?

The batter on a crepe is much thinner, much less flour
