I called Staples and explained how I was expecting my old information (files, etc.) to be uploaded/transferred/whatever to my new computer.
Well, if there's anything on here from my old computer, I sure can't find it, and as I think I mentioned before, the people at Staples just handed me the hard drive from my old computer like I knew what to do with it. 
So, I talked to another guy at Staples who asked me to bring my computer in with the hard drive and he would see what was going on (or not). That will probably cost more money, but I just want it done.
The other thing I did was call my wireless company and order a new phone. That's supposed to be here in 5-7 days if I understood her right. 
Now, of course, I'm likely to find the one I lost...
Oh, well, now it's time to go and have lunch.

Losing my phone is not something that I wanted to do.
