Rejected his offer

Philippines
September 22, 2020 11:33pm CST
During my brother's last visit here, he noticed a vacant rent space but mom said the tenant didn't give up the place yet. Then he proposed to have an aquarium and food business then referred me as a partner. I thought it was just some joke in the conversation. Later he said it was serious and wants me to deal with the requirements. But I refused because I had work with him before and doesn't always end well with someone who's a perfectionist. Anyways, He's alwas busy I'm sure he'll just forget about it and move on.

I avoid working with friends and family members. In most cases it does not end up well.

Having a business partner you are not comfortable with.. Doesn't seem a good idea. Also it might spoil your personal relationship in a family.

Hello @arunima25 Yeah, that's what I'm avoiding. I know he means well but maybe I was never comfortable with him in the first place.
