Another hour and a half wasted

Got an email this morning from Hudsons Bay saying they transferred my Bay Rewards Points to my Airmiles account "as [I've] requested." I didn't request it, so I called the Customer Service number. And was on hold for an hour and a half. Listening to a really annoying music loop. My brain was turning to mush. Anyway, when someone finally answered my call I found out that they're aware of the situation, that the problem is on their end and they're trying to fix it.

That's bad. They should have taken lesser time at least when they are aware of the problem was at their end
