Solar panels are getting advertised everywhere, and many people got their attention to try it. Some people said that they bought a $2000 solar panels and they were able to save $100 to $200 per month. Solar panels are for the long run and your investment might return after a couple of years. However is it beneficial to invest in it?

We would love to have them on the town house we live in. But don’t have the money for it. A lot of places are paying for it and you don’t pay anything till your race returns come in. At this point we are not getting any but maybe in a few years when we are able to buy our first house.

@Timex123 as not a home owner it’s not an option we can get it right now. Also when I have the touch money it goes to pay off bills but if we have that much extra laying around we would put to towards something like that

@Overflowing Indeed. Commonly it is what of the negative part of solar panel it needs a lot of sun light. If there's typhoon or heavy clouds there's a high chance that it'll not change by itself, and I think the wind turbine is commonly used on winds to electricity, maybe I have to buy both ha ha!

Electric companies in some countries actually buy excess of power from households using solar panels. That's why some are really into it. If you have the money to invest in it, why not?
Our country has been changing our streetlights into solar powered ones to save on energy. It may cost a lot initially but in the long run they can save a lot on electric bill.

It sounds sustainable. It looks like it can be installed as alternate power

I think solar power will have its time in the not so far future... If only the government is backing up the solar energy it will be a big savings for people but no since they are earning from the power companies.

It's one of the best way that we can do to save more money. Some of them are using it and they can run airconditioner for 24/7 without turning it off and doesn't change them a lot since it's from the solar panel. However, you have to get a big kind of solar panel to make it worth it. I have one panel of it and I can only use it for the lights
