i must admit --- getting on with life without love could be difficult. but if there's still love, no matter how small it is, i think, things could be ironed out, and who knows, it could just grow again.

No. I think if you are unhappy in your marriage your kids know and there is extra tension in the home. People who don't want to be married to each other should get divorce. No reason to make the kids suffer with them.

im not married been with my bf 5 yrs we have a little girl and sometimes only reason i stay

No way. I think if your not happy you should leave. Kids are smarter than you think and sometimes it hurts them more to be caught in the conflict.

If you stay married for the sake of kids, it seems to me that the kids would be worse off. FIghting between parents and the division of the 2 people wouldn't be good for kids, you might as well not do it in the same house.
