Politeness

One of the traits I look for in a teacher is being polite. It turns me off when an applicant is arrogant. When you apply for a job, your attitude is just as important as your qualifications.

Indeed. If you want to get a job. You should show them that you really want it and you should also show them that you deserve at job. No one wants arrogant employee

no matter how qualified you are, if you are arrogant companies won't hire you. Hope some applicants realize this.

@Janet357 Attitude really worth a lot. However, there are so many rich arrogant people nowadays.
