Detox is the best way to kick-start weight loss:
The word ‘detox’ has become a vogue in online dictionary. From following other-worldly diets to preparing fancy juices, detoxification has become more of a trend than an alternative. Research has ascertained that the human body has natural detoxification capability. Unless an individual has problems with liver or kidney, the detoxification spree is never going to help in any way. In the first place, detox diets are not long term solutions. A typical regimented detox diet causes diarrhea and bowel issues.
Follow-up solution: Just by keeping yourself hydrated and including veggies in your meals can do the job.

From what my gym trainer said, it is. For reducing belly you will have to do a couple of other work-outs. If you search in youtube you will get them.(I personally recommend April Han's youtube channel).
