My heart is broken

Just today I learnt that a former colleague and friend passed on. He fell from 8th floor while trying to escape from fire caused by an electric fault. The same day I take my mom for some medical tests after I got concerned she had lost her appetite and weight. It turned out that she has BP and 'mild' diabetes. My heart is torn apart. I feel very low but I hope all will be well.

I am so sorry to hear of your friend, fire is such a scary thing to deal with. I hope they can get your mom taken care of, positive thinking will help her a lot.

I am so sorry for your friend's passing. Life's is a short moment so we have to live it up to the fullest! As for your mom, there's a solution for her health, so do as the doc says and she will be fine.
